1Delivery & Collections

We will contact you before delivery to confirm directions and that the booking is still valid, so please make sure the number you give us is reachable. If we cannot reach you or complete delivery, you may remain liable for the hire fee.

An adult must be present at delivery, with access to a power source, to sign a hire agreement. Delivery and collection times vary depending on the season and how busy we are, so your inflatable may occasionally be dropped the evening before or collected the following day. We reserve the right to refuse delivery.

2Access

We need clear access to and from the installation area. Inflatables are bulky when rolled up, so please keep pathways free of toys, cars, wheelie bins and other obstructions. If access is tight, let us know before booking. If we cannot get access to deliver or collect, you may be liable for the hire fee.

Please move any vehicles blocking the access route and unlock any gates we’ll need before delivery and collection.

3Area of Installation

The installation area must be clear of obstructions such as toys, trampolines and garden swings, with space around the inflatable for safety. It should be a flat grass area so the inflatable can be safely anchored, kept to a normal height and free from animal waste.

Our equipment includes ground stakes that are secured into the grass. It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure the installation area is free from underground pipes or services. We will not be liable for any damage to underground services that were not made known to us.

All hires must be on private grass where you have permission to use the ground. We cannot install on public areas such as estate green spaces without prior arrangement.

4Safety & Security of Equipment

Once delivery has taken place, the hirer is solely responsible for the safety of all equipment provided. If the equipment is damaged in any way or stolen while on the hirer’s property, the hirer is responsible for all repair or replacement costs.

5Use of Inflatables

Once installed, the hirer is responsible for the safe use of the inflatable by all persons. The hirer must ensure the inflatable is used as intended and that all safety instructions, both on the signed hire agreement and on the safety labels provided, are followed at all times. Adult supervision is required. Each inflatable displays a maximum number of children permitted at one time and a maximum user height on its safety label. Under no circumstances are adults permitted to use the inflatables.

6Clean Inflatables

Inflatables must be returned in the same clean condition as delivered. A cleaning charge may apply if inflatables are returned soiled. Food, drink and sweets are not permitted on the inflatable, as some colorants can permanently stain the material.

Party poppers, silly string and confetti are also not permitted on or near the equipment, as they cause permanent staining. If damage or staining occurs, you may be liable for the cost of repair or replacement.

7Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to alternative dates. The balance is due on delivery, and delivery will not be made unless the balance is paid in full.

If you cancel your booking you forfeit your deposit. During busy periods, adequate notice is required, and late cancellations may be charged at the full hire fee. Any changes to a booking should be made as early as possible before your booking date.

We understand the concerns visitors may have regarding privacy and security. While cookies are used on this site to enhance functionality, we do not track personal data or retain personal information that is not freely offered.

We may retain contact details for persons who choose to contact us, primarily so we can respond as required. We may also use contact details to share news or special offers related to Galway Bouncy Castles. We will not sell, exchange or otherwise pass your contact details to any third party.
